Our client represents a benchmark in the production of electrical systems and wiring for the industrial, agricultural and garden vehicle sectors. Operating on two fronts, both in Italy and Romania, the company stands out as a highly specialised and reliable partner for collaborations on an international scale. Thanks to its two dedicated divisions, one for projects in the automotive sector and the other in avionics, the company is able to diversify its activities without compromising its high quality standards, providing customised solutions for each customer.
**-- MISSION -**
The mission of the Sales Export Manager is to spearhead the expansion of the company's market presence beyond domestic borders. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales of electrical systems and wiring for industrial, agricultural, and garden vehicles on an international scale, the Sales Export Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth.
**-- RESPONSIBILITIES -**
- Management of the entire sales process.
- Defining a commercial strategy with the aim of increasing the company's business opportunities.
- Identification and development of new market opportunities.
- Planning, organising and coordinating the activities of the sales network.
- Definition of commercial objectives in agreement with the management and the heads of the various company functions.
- Management, expansion and retention of the customer portfolio.
- Managing commercial relations and negotiations with strategic customers.
- Benchmark analysis and market research.
- Analysis of products and marketing strategies of competitor companies.
- Monitoring and supervising commercial activities.
- Checking the achievement of company KPIs and promoting corrective actions to improve their effectiveness.
- Optimising the current product and promoting new products in relation to the needs indicated by customers or potential customers.
- Managing and updating sales documentation.
- Drawing up the annual budget and estimating sales forecasts.
- Writing periodical of reports.
**-- REQUIREMENTS --**
- Previous experience in the job for at least 5 years.
- Excellent familiarity with the use of major IT systems.
- Results orientation.
- Proactivity and spirit of initiative.
- Decision-making ability.
- Innovation orientation.
- Bachelor's degree or secondary school diploma.
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1).
