We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Supervisor to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all communications and inquiries
- Work with client, internal teams (including creative, strategy, and media) and local markets to ensure seamless and successful execution of campaigns and projects
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets client expectations
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Excellent English and Italian spoken and written knowledge
- French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Arab knowledge are considered as a plus
- 5+ years agency account management experience in international coordination and global clients in a communication agency setting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical and Strategic mindset, ability to think strategically and creatively while also managing details and deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and projects
