We are now embarking on a new chapter of our journey that will further boost CMCC’s global position in climate change research Together **ROLE** The Junior Scientific Project Manager will offer support in the daily coordination, implementation and management of ongoing scientific research projects, typically but non only EU-funded projects. This includes: - project reporting, tracking and monitoring; - risk and data management; - communication among internal and external partners; - implementation of outreach activities and stakeholder engagement, such as: organizing and facilitating both internal and external meetings and workshops; disseminating information to partners and other networks through different communication channels and tools; - support to budgeting, financial reporting and control. **REQUIREMENTS** - 2 years of experience in project management in research, policy, or a comparable sector with experience in coordinating partners from different institutions, countries and constituencies. - A very good knowledge of Italian and English languages - A very good knowledge of the Office Suite - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Teamworking attitude and ability to work independently - Good communication skills - Strong problem-solving attitude - High motivation to learn - Good in time and priority management **DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** - Please note that this opportunity will be issued both internally and externally. - The Junior Scientific Project Manager will be based in Venice CMCC office. - Contract and gross annual salary will be based on qualifications and working experience. - Welfare package, for minimum 12 months contract. - Flexible working time as per internal policies. - Support during the immigration process, if needed. **PROTECTED CATEGORY** Belonging to legally protected categories (ex L. 68/99) will constitute a preferential condition.
