Accounting Assistant

We are hiring an Accounting Assistant:
The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for the followig duties:

- Issuance of active invoices Management of invoices payable.
- Preparation of monthly billing reports.
- Preparation of material for accounting records (external study).
- Validation of approved quotes (NetSuite) for the start of activities in LIMS.
- Debt Collection Activities back office activities.
- Management of the waste registry in accordance with legal obligations.

Stiamo assumendo un assistente contabile:
L'assistente contabile sarà responsabile dei seguenti compiti:

- Emissione delle fatture attive
- Gestione delle fatture passive
- Preparazione della rendicontazione mensile della fatturazione
- Preparazione materiale per registrazioni contabili (studio esterno)
- Validazione delle quotazioni approvate (NetSuite) per l’avvio delle attività in LIMS
- Attività di recupero crediti
- Attività di back office
- Gestione registrazione rifiuti in accordo agli obblighi di legge
- Studies in Administration and Finance.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and some accounting software (Sage Murano, Netsuit, Contaplus, etc.).
- English required Level C1.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with clients.
- The knowledge of the Spanish would be an important added value.
- Applications residing in the reggion (Marche)
- Studi in Amministrazione e Finanza.
- Conoscenza avanzata di Excel e di alcuni software di contabilità (Sage Murano, Netsuit, Contaplus, ecc.).
- Inglese richiesto livello C1.
- Minimo 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile.
- Esperienza con i clienti.
- La conoscenza dello spagnolo sarebbe un importante valore aggiunto.
- Domande residenti nel reggio (Marche)
