**RESTAURANT MANAGER**

Luigia è un gruppo di ristoranti italiani con 12 sedi nelle principali città svizzere e 2 sedi in Italia, riconosciuto per la qualità della cucina e per l’eccellenza dell’esperienza offerta ai clienti. In un contesto in continua crescita, ricerchiamo Restaurant Manager altamente qualificati da integrare nel nostro team.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Supervisionare, coordinare e supportare il personale di sala.
- Garantire elevati standard di accoglienza, servizio ed esperienza del cliente.
- Contribuire alla definizione e all’attuazione di strategie di sviluppo e miglioramento continuo.
- Monitorare e analizzare gli indicatori di performance (fatturato, costi operativi, soddisfazione del cliente, ecc.).
- Selezionare, formare e fidelizzare i talenti.

**Profilo richiesto**:

- **Esperienza**: minimo 7 anni nel ruolo, con solida conoscenza del servizio di sala in ristoranti italiani.
- **Competenze linguistiche**: italiano e francese fluenti; conoscenza dell’inglese considerata un plus.
- **Disponibilità**: immediata.
- **Caratteristiche personali**: spirito d’iniziativa, professionalità, affidabilità e ottime capacità relazionali.

**Esperienza introduttiva**:
Offriamo la possibilità di partecipare a un’esperienza retribuita di 3 giorni presso uno dei nostri ristoranti, al fine di conoscere il team, osservare il funzionamento operativo e comprendere al meglio la realtà Luigia.
