We are looking for a for an open minded, highly motivated person to reinforce the HR team, based in Modena, with an internship contract.
In this role you will support the L&D function, ensuring that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in talent management, with a specific focus on learning and development processes.
**What you will do**:
As a Corporate Learning & Development intern, you will:
- Support the Corporate L&D Specialist in the assessment and analysis of training needs of the employees in the various entities (Italy, Europe and US).
- Prepare communications and presentations for training courses/contents.
- Provide support in the development and roll-out of learning contents, including delivery of selected courses.
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
- Track training hours across all L&D programs.
- Prepare reporting or data required for L&D projects.
- Manage the operational aspects of external training providers.
- Support in the management of training plans for interprofessional training funds (e.g. Fondimpresa).
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or Economics
- Background in Human Resources Management or a brief previous experience is a plus
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Fast learner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
