We are looking for a talented Quality Manager to join our team and support the key company processes, with a focus on product development, engineering, production and certification, ensuring that quality standards are applied according to Arduino and ISO policies. **What you'll work on**
- Ensure that product and process quality objectives comply with company Quality standards and policies
- Coordinate the product certification processes (CE, FCC, UL, others)
- Oversee the quality level of production through specific KPI's and the control of final products
- Coordinate deviation and non-conformance of the product development and production processes, ensuring that corrective and preventive actions address the root causes
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer claims for technical and quality issues
- Maintain current and accurate product quality records, aligned with company policies and procedures and when needed, introduce new elements of verification
- Manage supplier relationship in regards of quality aspects, ensuring quality standard for incoming materials and the supplier conformance with company standards
- Prepare for annual audit processes and certifications internally and at suppliers, including planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and remedial work plans
- Strong interaction and collaboration with other company departments, such as Business Units, R&D, Production, Purchasing
- Develop and maintain the company Quality System, ensuring that the processes and the documentation are up to date with government regulations and industry standards
- Manage the resources assigned to the Quality team

**What you bring**
- BS/MS in Electronics / Electric Engineering or other technical related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Electronics
- Knowledge of quality management techniques and quality regulations
- Knowledge of ISO9001 standard
- knowledge of product certification norms and processes
- Experience in working with external entities, such as certification labs, suppliers, B2B Customers, on quality and certification topics
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both English and Italian)
- Problem solving and analytical mindset
- Teamworking, leadership and relationship management skills

**Bonus Points**
- Knowledge of the processes and main reference standards for the production of electronic boards
- Familiarity with SOM / IoT electronic products
- Knowledge of quality methodologies and standards (8D reports, FMEA,)
