1 Operations Quality Manager per le nostre sedi Nusco/Conza della Campania in prov. di Avellino

**La risorsa, si occuperà di**:

- Implementare e Gestire Procedure Operative in conformità alla normativa ISO 9001:2015;
- Gestire Non Conformità, Verifiche Ispettive e Audit Interni;
- Sviluppare e Implementare nuove procedure di: Test in ambito Controllo Qualità;
- Formazione dei tecnici addetti al Controllo Qualità;
- Verificare che tutti gli impianti soddisfino i requisiti di qualità richiesti dai clienti;
- Gestione reclami clienti;
- Interfaccia con la Direzione Operativa per migliorare Standard Qualitativi;
- Implementazione e Monitoraggio KPI relativi alla propria area di competenza.

**Requisiti Richiesti**:

- Laurea Magistrale in: Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale o titolo di studio equipollente;
- Domicilio nelle vicinanze dell'area di riferimento;
- Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo di: 4/7 anni, maturata in contesti aziendali altamente strutturati;
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale provenienza dal settore: Manifatturiero;
- Conoscenza fluente scritta e parlata della lingua inglese;
- Ottima Conoscenza della Normativa Uni EN-ISO 9001: 2015;
- Ottima Padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare: Excel.
