We are looking for a **Global **Value Stream (VS) HR Business Partner. **The Global Value Stream HR Business Partner will play a strategic role in providing People related advice, guidance and support to the Value Stream. Operating as an HRBP, you will in collaboration with VS management and key stakeholders ensure we bring in great talent, we grow and development key talent, proactively support performance improvements, growth of our people succession and growth of the teams and individuals.

**The Global HRBP responsibilities with respect to the assigned VSs are**:

- Ensure the proper Organization Design and Development
- Support Management in workforce planning for the organization globally
- Support Management in competencies/capabilities mapping and development (technical competencies, knowledge mgt & community of practices)
- Support Management in the rollout of key HR processes in the organization
- Ensure the proper Compensation and Benefit implementation in the VS
- Ensure the proper People Development are implemented in the VS (talents’ programs, succession planning, career path, performance management)
- Key interface in between VS/Functions and all the other HR department and local markets
- Support cascading of objectives (OKRs) in the VS.
- Coach manager and drive change management
- Manage/monitor people costs in the VS in partnership with Finance

**Main requirements**:

- Strong HR experience is essential for this role or equivalent experience in Business management positions
- Strong understanding of Business dynamics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
- Proven track record of positively influencing teams
- Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal.
- Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Open to travel all across the globe

**Others**:

- The position reports to the CHRO
- Hybrid: remote working and presence in one of the MSX office
- All regions, Europe preferred.
