Our client manufactures **industrial packaging** for the **food&beverage field** in several plants throughout Europe and Italy.

For the upgrading of the **Italian** **HR Department**, we are seeking:

**HR DEVELOPMENT & TA SPECIALIST**:
**Requisiti**:
Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager Italy, He/She will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities in these 3 different areas:
**Learning and Development**
- Collect all local training needs into a training plan cooperating with HR Corp;
- Organize training and track records for report, budget and KPIs;
- Administer and maintain LMS for the responsible country, support local to its use;
**Talent Management**
- Supporting and monitoring the talents' development and their potential;
- Be an adviser to employees and managers in relation of the development of plans;
- Work closely with first line leaders in how to identify and develop their talents;
- Improving Diversity & Inclusion;
- Training the local HR teams in TM activities and sharing best practices within the group

**Talent acquisition and attraction**
- Responsible to manage recruiting process according to group standards and policies;
- Schedule interviews, coordinate interaction with suppliers
- Ensure structured onboarding and exit interviews
- Act as the key local user for the Applicant Tracking System supporting the HR team;
