Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Sell-in e sell-out analysis
- Support in brand strategy definition and marketing plans (ATL&BTL activities)
- Consumer & Trade Promotions customized to each sales channel
- Packaging restyling, launches and TV campaigns
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics and/or Marketing. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Previous experience in Marketing would be an asset
- A passion for Personal Care category and observing the external world; trends, consumer behaviors and competitors’ actions
- Digital thinking as part of the consumer journey and in terms of test & learn
- Good knowledge of Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Positive, proactive and a strong team player
- Strong analytical skills; accuracy and skills to read data and summarize findings
- Planning and organization, result orientation and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Relationship and communication cross-functional capabilities
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English and Italian is required
