**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Kyndryl is hiring a Security Sales Specialist based in Italy. Our sales people are lucky enough to sell some of the world’s most innovative IT Security solutions, and also get to interact with clients in a wide array of fields. To make sure you make the most of these opportunities, you’ll benefit from some of the best sales training in the world; to help you grow your career and gain exposure to international clients. Responsible for the sale, you’ll be the face of our business relationship with clients. Specialising by industry, customer set, channel, brand, solution or offering, you’ll work collaboratively to provide solutions that best meet our clients’ needs and contribute to their marketplace success.
- Develop sales plan for you accounts
- Meet, understand needs and propose security solutions to your account using a proactive consultative selling method
- Collaborate with the other kyndryl teams to propose the security vision to the digital transformation and hybrid cloud initiatives for your accounts
- Collaborate with delivery teams to enlarge the security business for your accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction through objection handling, issue resolution and competitive threats
- Maintain accurate and complete forecast in CRM tool and collaborate routinely with senior management on key opportunities
- Track customer interactions and territory plan per the business unit format
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Almost 5 years of experience in Information Security or Managed Security Services
- Fluent English
- Availability to travel
- Industry recognized security certifications, this can include security methodology (E.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA, ITIL, etc.).
- Client facing experience supporting large scale security solutions.
- Sales experience with a background in security and/or complex solutions.
- Consistent Achievement Of Quota And Target Incentives
- Negotiation Skills And The Ability To Impact Contract Content
- Effective Collaboration With Peers In A Matrix Organization
- Effective With Productivity Tools: Excel, Powerpoint And Word

- Good teamworking attitude
- A self start that can find and use available resources to achieve goals
- Insight based selling that uncovers Client specific business value for our solutions
- Consultative selling skills
- Ability to present and demonstrate Kyndryl Solutions for Security
- Demonstrated financial selling acumen
- Demonstrated communication skills: Listening, Questioning, Empathy
