Per importante azienda di Segrate Milano di trasporti marittimi internazionali, ricerchiamo una figura con esperienza di Customer/commerciale settore trasporti marittimi
- Gestire i contatti con clienti e agenti;
- Emettere le quotazioni e offrire supporto commerciale al reparto operativo;
- Massimizzare la qualità dei servizi, nel pieno rispetto e coordinamento delle procedure operative e con la finalità della migliore customer satisfaction;
- Garantire il completo rispetto delle normative, dei regolamenti interni, della sicurezza e di tutte le prescrizioni di compliance;
- Altre attività previste dal ruolo.

Il profilo ideale possiede:

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno due anni nel ruolo maturata presso consolidatori marittimi e/o spedizionieri;
- Ottime capacità relazionali (a livelli eterogenei), comunicative ed organizzative; personalità proattiva; abitudine a lavorare in autonomia;
- Piena padronanza della disciplina export, operativa ed amministrativa (lettere di credito, crediti documentari, tariffe doganali, polizze );
- Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di negoziazione e di gestione della relazione con il Cliente;
- Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi, in tempi ridotti, sotto stress e in multitasking; velocità;
- Ottimo utilizzo del PC e dei principali applicativi del pacchetto MS Office; preferibile conoscenza di AS400;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta;
- Domicilio nella provincia est di Milano, e comunque in aree limitrofe alla Sede Operativa.

Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi: contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato, full-time; retribuzione in linea con le competenze e le esperienze effettivamente maturate.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €1.200,00 - €1.800,00 al mese

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
