**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for an** Assistant Buyer **to help us reach our organic goals.

**What you will do**:

- Constant stock check and overview of deliveries: Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery
- Monitoring of sales and stocks to maximize profitability (restocks)
- Coordination with Marketing department for special projects
- Coordination with Merchandising team and/or overview of web merchandize of the managed brands
- Coordination with warehouse for shipments and special product launches
- Coordination with social media team to share materials and schedule possible activities
- Compiling reports on product performance and statistics
- Preparing budgets and forecasting purchasing trends in conjunction with Buyer
- Assisting the buyer with the selection of the right product mix
- New brands sourcing

**Requirements for this role**:

- English full professional proficiency is mandatory
- Excel and office package proficiency
- Degree in business, economics, or related field is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to travel
