What does a Human Resources Specialist do?

The Human Resources Specialist helps us to manage employee lifecycle for the organizational success by supporting local HR Operations in the management of Human Resources activities in Italy and Middle East, participating into Regional/Global HR projects and acting as HRIS superuser for Italy and Middle East Countries.

- To use your talent to Support HR Operations in:

- the recruitment, selection and onboarding of the required work force
- partnering with the local business leaders in order to ensure the employee’s engagement, performance management and development.
- the implementation of the total reward policies, in line with the Company’s guidelines and local laws and regulations.
- the management of the relationships with local works councils and trade unions
- You will ensure the management of the HRIS system, including the superuser activities
- By partnering with HR global and regional teams, you are going to participate in HR projects
- To use your HR experience and knowledge that will allow you to meet the goals
- To put in practice your IT skills (mainly Excel) to manage HR analytics
- To put in practice your English language to interact with abroad departments
- You are a team player, enterprising and a good communicator that help you connect with colleagues all levels in the organization.
