**Destinazione**

Digital Customer eXperience (DCX) è la practice di Capgemini che conta in Italia 500 persone entusiaste ed esperte di temi legati all’innovazione digitale, alla Marketing Automation, all’Intelligenza artificiale, all’e-commerce e al process automation.

Il team sviluppa soluzioni tecnologiche avanzate di front-end e back-end seguendo le novità di mercato e rispondendo alle esigenze dei clienti. Progetta e realizza soluzioni che consentono l’interazione con canali e servizi digitali a supporto di differenti target di utenti: clienti privati, B2C e B2b. Lavora trasversalmente a supporto dei nostri mercati differenziando l’offerta digitale sulla base delle esigenze specifiche di mercato: Banking e Insurance, Manufacturing e Automotive, Telco Media e Technology, Consumer Goods, Public Sector, Energy e Service.
