- We are seeking to recruit a** Trainee (Liquidity Event Project)** in our Milan office. You will carry out your master thesis on site and complete the project described below:
**Your role**:

- Screening actual and last three years liquidity events (IPO, company acquisitions, mergers, etc.) that have been take place in Italy getting data from public and external sources.
- Analysis of market/financial data relating to the companies involved in liquidity events.
- Monitoring of the deals status and database maintenance.

**Your profile**:

- Master student in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or Marketing.
- A definite interest in financial markets, Wealth Management and Data Analytics.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite; Specifically, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to details; Experience working with multiple sources of data.
- Curious and team player.
- Perfect command of **Italian and English**.
- You are in your final year of a Master's degree and wish to carry out your thesis within a company.
