You support our team as **Trade Compliance Specialist**: **Responsibilities**: - **Your impact**: - **Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with customs and international trade laws and regulations. - **Ensure Compliance**: Oversee adherence to import/export regulations, including export controls and trade sanctions. - **Manage Licenses**: Handle import and export licenses as needed. - **Maintain Relationships**: Build and maintain strong connections with international suppliers and customers. - **Resolve Issues**: Address any problems related to delays, damage, or loss of goods efficiently. - **Documentation**: Manage long-term supplier/vendor declarations and certificates of origin. **Qualifications**: - **Your Skills and Qualifications**: - **Education**:Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Economics, Logistics, or related disciplines. - **Experience**:At least 1-2 years of experience in International Trade. - **Language**: Fluent in Italian, with strong English skills (B2 or above); knowledge of French and/or German is a plus. - Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10% of the time). - **Skills needed, to be successful in the role**: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level. - Knowledge of SAP is preferred. - Proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset. - High level of commitment and flexibility.
