Four Corners, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Fashion, Luxury e Lifestyle, per prestigiosa azienda contemporary ricerca:
**Footwear Designer (Sneakers e Formale)**

Per uno dei marchi di moda più cool del momento, il Footwear Designer si occuperà delle collezioni Woman e Kids, abbracciando varie categorie di prodotto, quali sneakers, formale, boots, ecc. La figura dovrà avere un approccio estremamente creativo e proattivo, con competenze anche sullo sviluppo prodotto.

Responsabilità:

- Ricerca trend e ispirazioni (elaborazione trend del momento, monitoraggio del mercato di riferimento per identificare eventuali opportunità e attività di ricerca);
- Design (disegno bozzetti coerenti con la collezione e col brand, facendo sì che gli stessi siano in linea con le altre categorie merceologiche);
- Sviluppo Collezione (contatto con i principali fornitori, coordinamento con i vari team per la realizzazione dei sample, monitoraggio dello sviluppo dei sample e soluzioni in caso di problematiche connesse allo sviluppo).

Requisiti:

- Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruolo similare;
- Ottime doti di disegno a mano libera;
- Gusto contemporary, urban chic, fashion, cool;
- Buona padronanza di software quali Adobe Illustrator (mandatory), InDesign (mandatory), Photoshop e Microsoft Suite;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza di fornitori delle categorie sopra elencate;
- Proattività, problem solving, spirito di iniziativa e attitudine al lavoro in team;
- Disponibilità a trasferte.
