For our Anagni production site, we are looking for a **QA Associate**.

**The role**
- Ensure the quality of the product through a correct documentary examination
- Process minor deviations and non-conformities
- Carry out and manage investigations related to classified complaints, in compliance with GMP and company guidelines
- Use Trackwise to monitor deviations and develop corrective actions
- Follow the approval of the Batch Record in the SM IT system for release by the manager
- Manage performance metrics and returns/rework requests
