**About the Company**: for an Important Entertainment Group that conceives, produces and delivers live experiences worldwide, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an **IT Support**.
**Core responsibilities**:
- Manage with the installation of new hardware and software of employees and of the office
- Support onboarding / off-boarding employees on company systems
- Coordinate the maintenance and, where required, the creation of internal databases and manage the correct functioning of already existing internal software
- Manage new IT projects both in the design and implementation phases
**Requisiti**:
**Must Have**:
- Proven work experience in a similar role, preferably on macOS/iOS systems
- Ability to diagnose problems and to deal with Mac and Microsoft systems, printers and smartphones management, mail systems etc.
- Experience in effectively communicating and presenting technical concepts to management, peer group and staff
- Very good communication skills (in order to deal with internal and external stakeholders).
- Knowledge of Gmail, Mail management and related groups, Network backup and hard disk.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues
- Problem-solving attitude
- Task-oriented and organized, experience managing a ticket queue, and ability to prioritize
- Team management skills
- Appetite for continuous learning to further IT knowledge and career development
- Fluent English, knowledge of other foreign languages is appreciated
