**AGC Biologics, azienda leader nel Cell & Gene Therapy sta ricercando un Environment, Health & Safety Manager.**
**Attività Principali**
- Programmare, organizzare, gestire e controllare tutte le attività volte ad attuare e adempiere le norme di legge in materia di sicurezza (D. Lgs. 81/08);
- Curare gli aspetti legislativi in relazione a sicurezza, protezione ambientale e rapporti con le autorità competenti;
- Eseguire la valutazione di rischi specifici (chimico, biologico, cancerogeni e mutageni, stress lavoro correlato, gestanti e radiazioni ionizzanti) per le aree operative;
- Aggiornare Documenti Valutazione Rischi (DVR) per uffici e laboratori e relative SOP;
- Gestire le autorizzazioni per le notifiche di impiego per MOGM con le autorità competenti;
- Gestire le attività di formazione per neo-assunti, lavoratori, preposti, squadre di primo soccorso e antincendio;
- Collaborare con HR e il Medico Competente per la sorveglianza sanitaria;
- Gestire i piani di emergenza ed evacuazione (documenti, procedure, revisioni).
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche;
- Qualifica RSPP con provenienza settore biotech/farmaceutico;
- 7-10 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo;
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Problem Solving e spirito di squadra.
