Descrizione dell'azienda Join us and help “_Make the Healthcare Experience More Human_” Descrizione del lavoro **What will you do with us?** The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring our organization’s data quality and actual performance of expected tasks within daily operations. Such responsibilities include tracking business results, monitoring production KPIs and cleaning data issues when they arise in relation to our CRM. Reporting directly to the Sales Excellence Manager, the **Sales Operations Analyst** tasks include: - Create automations related to sales operations processes to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection - Supervise KPIs, metrics and performance of local teams and provide useful insights for team leaders and managers to improve productivity in all possible areas - Re-think processes, detect bottlenecks, and be in constant pursuit of improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency. - Liaise with the Data Quality team to develop new tools enabling a smoother running of operations - Liaise with global team to align processes with other countries - Be the operational enabler to ensure leads are assigned and contacted promptly Qualifiche **Requirements**: - At least 6 months of working experience in Business Operations - Fluent in English - Knowledge of Hubspot and/or Salesforce - Knowledge of GSuite - Excellent team working, interpersonal and communication skills - Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities Informazioni aggiuntive **Benefits** - Participation in our Stock Option plan - Smart working **_ And also:_** - Work in a scale up atmosphere - Significant opportunity for professional growth - A chance to "make a dent in the universe" - Autonomy and impact on what you do - An opportunity to learn from great, experienced people with successes in their fields - Work to change people's lives for better
