We are looking for an **Account Assistant** to join our team

Role Description
- Entry level role in customer relationship management.
- Under direct supervision, performs basic day-to-day client management duties
- Detailed understanding of business processes and job roles and positions within the agency
- Basic understanding of brand, chosen marketing strategy and related competitive landscape
- Detailed, professional and timely communications directed to internal team

Activities & Main Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a good understanding of the brands assigned to him/her and their respective market sector
- Becomes familiar with basic marketing concepts and practices
- Is interested in competitive literature and information in order to continually expand his/her brand/market knowledge
- Learns and follows all company and area-specific customer relations practices and procedures
- Keeps internal team informed of the status of all work being followed at the time through the preparation of timely and accurate documentation and communications (i.e. reports, schedules, estimates, etc.)
- Possesses basic business writing skills
- Demonstrates professionalism in communication with team
- Develops roadmaps in conjunction with sales team and production groups
- May be tasked with maintaining updated and shared client and project lists
- Maintains up-to-date competitive files
- Learns key issues related to brand, marketing strategy and corresponding positioning
- Participates in the creation of innovative tactics designed to support brand policy
- Develops and reviews quotes and estimates
- Maintains an accurate and well-organized file of all estimates and any revisions

**Qualifications**:

- Life Science or Marketing Communications Degree
- Agency and/or Pharma & Digital Health experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Great interpersonal and listening skills
- Predisposition to teamwork

- Curiosity and critical thinking
