Financial Analyst

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

Become a part of our Controlling unit based in Caleppio di Settala. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Financial Analyst (M/F/d) with the following responsibilities:

- Providing support to Financial Controllers
- Participation in the month-end accounting close process in compliance with US-GAAP and Corporate policies
- Performing detailed analyses on general ledger and cost accounting, especially during the month-end closing process
- Providing support for the monthly data upload to reporting systems
- Collaboration with the financial controller and the rest of the finance team on variance analysis of actual and budgeted results using the SAP system, business data warehouse and other analytical reporting systems
- Contribution to the budgeting process and the periodic preparation of financial forecasts
- Supporting audit activities carried out by external or internal auditors, especially in the context of accounting audits and of J-SOX procedures

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business economics or equivalent
- Some years of experience in management and cost accounting, preferably in industrial and multinational companies, or similar experience in an Audit Firm
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with IT tools such as MS Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Access
- Knowledge of the main accounting topics, also from a statutory and fiscal point of view
- Strong attitude for problem solving and high analytical skills
- Good knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus
