We are looking for an engaging and proactive person for managing the procurement of core business components relevant to Heavy Duty Gas Turbines guaranteeing the best quality at the cheapest cost and the on-time delivery as well as scouting alternative suppliers over the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- In this role, you will procure core business components relevant to Heavy Duty Gas Turbines guaranteeing the best quality at the cheapest cost and the on-time delivery as well as scouting alternative suppliers over the world. You will receive the request for purchasing from the internal departments and reach the right suppliers for providing the required components or services. You will have to be able to approach the suppliers forwarding clearly the required SoW and negotiate:

- the offered price
- the delivery date
- the delivery terms
- the payment terms
- the T&C After closing the negotiation:

- write the PO
- upload the PO in ERP system
- send the PO to the supplier Other job responsibilities include;
- establish the best relationship with the key suppliers
- keep an excellent relationship with the suppliers
- be available for travelling and meet the suppliers in person
- expedite/chase the suppliers when needed
- evaluate the performances of the managed suppliers
- facilitate the suppliers relationship when they have to deal with other Ethos departments

**Required Skills / Knowledge**:

- Nimble, Engaging, Relentless, Inclusive
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Able to keep good relationship with all the stakeholders
- Excellent English language (speaking, listening and writing)
- Knowledge of the International trading rules
- Able to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of the base material market trend (preferrable but not essential)
- Able to work under constant pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of SAP MM package (preferable but not essential)

**Experience**:

- Maximum and experience of 3 years in procurement

**Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (any) or High School (mechanicals qualification/expert).
