Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**: Being a Digital Operations Specialist in Smart Power you have to manage urgencies coming from customers and ABB representatives related to Digital Products and Solutions with a particular focus on ABB Ability Energy Manager users, analyze, troubleshoot and manage incidents, handle the day to day operations, escalate cases as needed, delivering value to customers as fast as possible. Keep customer satisfaction as priority, reporting issues and feedback to PMs and R&D to improve the quality of products. Validate digital products and firmware releases. Create and identify Knowledge Base articles to improve the products documentation. Collaborate with Digital Offering of ELSP and closely with Digital Operations Teams in Electrification. **This position reports to**: Digital Lead **Your responsibilities**: - Manage urgencies coming from customers and ABB representatives related to ELSP Digital Products and Solutions - Analyze, troubleshoot and manage incidents - Handle the day to day operations, escalate cases as needed - Deliver value to customers as fast as possible - Keep customer satisfaction as priority - Report issues and feedback to R&D, Quality Assurance, Testing and PMs to improve the products quality - Validate digital products and firmware releases - Create and identify Knowledge Base articles to improve the products documentation **Your background**: - High school or University degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telco or IT related fields as well as an - Experience with incident management tools and Agile; experience in troubleshooting complex setups remotely - Good knowledge of digital communication protocols (TCP/IP and serial based); ability to drive debug tools (WireShark, nmap) - Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, IoT protocols (MQTT, AMQP) is a plus - Experience with electrical and industrial devices, knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, IEC61850, DeviceNet, Ethernet/IP, LoRA ), scripting/programming is a plus - Good knowledge of English, spoken and written (level B2 or greater) - Ability to act as the interface between customers, operations, testing laboratory, PMs and R&D; excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, communication experience with management **More about us**:
