Your responsibilities

We're Hiring an Key Account Manager for our Italian team

KAM represents the entire range of company products, services and solutions to assigned customers.

Actively maintain and expand Business and commercial relationships in defined strategically important large customers, within the selected KAs portfolio.

In those KAs, the KAM develops, negotiates and implements contracted agreements while identifying further new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively lead a joint Olympus-Key Account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones;
Develops, negotiates and implements contracted agreements while identifying further new business opportunities within the delegation framework in selected KAs. Support the decision making process in Single BU tenders and coordinate and drive the cross BU tenders process;
Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts. Serve as the key interface between the organization and assigned accounts aiming longterm relationship with all relevant non clinical stakeholders;
Monitoring commercial performance of each Key account within the selected and assigned portfolio, carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly basis;
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis in order to give input for a new value based solutions and provide upstream into Regional/EMEA level. Coordinate cross functional teamwork to meet and exceed customer expectations;
Monitor and report on changes and trends with the assigned customers, in the marketplace and the activities of competitors;
Secure longer term strategic agreements with extended customer commitment to drive security in existing and additional revenue;

Your qualification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

5+ years' of relevant work experience in Medical Device field

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal in English

The size of territory will necessitate appropriate management of travel requirements to ensure coverage of customers as directed by the management team
