**All about the role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Industrial relations

Just Eat built a strong relationship with unions at the national level. We are proud of being the first and only big food delivery company having embraced the employment of couriers. In this position you will learn how to build and maintain good employment conditions for our fleet of more than 4000 couriers.

Your tasks:

- Maintain relations at the country level with trade unions, and support the negotiations. Be the company representative at a national level and periodically inform the organization. Propose tactical solutions to achieve the business strategic objectives;
- Maintain industrial relations at the local level, ensuring consistency with the country and global strategy, supporting Team Lead and City Operations Managers in meetings and maintaining relations;

Business partner

You will be working with a dynamic, dedicated and fast paced team. The same team who built Just Eat logistics business in less than 6 months, growing the company to more than 4000 employees. For this team you will:

- Partner with the business to set up the proper strategy in Italy
- Work closely with the leadership team to support them in their daily people issues related to the organization, individuals, and changes
- Leading cross-functional projects related to Human Resources
- Be the point of contact for everything related to HR (Payroll, HR Operations )
- Manage one Junior HRBP
- Relationship with external parties/vendors
- Organizational Design & Development. Assess, define organizational development needs and implement it

- Several years of experience in HR with exposure to industrial relations
- Master degree, specializing in HR or Labor law
- Fluent in English
- Ease in building relationships and great stakeholder management
- Negotiation skills
