Demand Planning Specialist

**The challenge**:
Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager BU Central, you will drive communication between Sales and Logistics to ensure the most realistic demand view is reflected in the forecast. You will guide weekly forecasting cycle to align on volumes with Sales directors, escalate risks & opportunities to Supply planning team and prepare forecast submission, which is a basis for planning cycle. You will also be responsible for challenging volume assumptions, reviewing historical sales trends and demand drivers, and deep-diving into forecast accuracy results to enable continuous improvement.

Besides forecast management, you will also be the owner for innovations and material switches in your portfolio, and monitor of supply chain losses in your market & channel.

**The role**:

- Responsible for weekly forecast submission, including material switches and innovations
- Responsible for reviewing historical sales trends, mapping demand drivers and preparing forecast on multiple horizons
- Support monthly S&OP cycle by providing long-term forecast (12-18 months rolling) and mapping assumptions & drivers behind
- Flag risks & opportunities to Supply planning team in proactive and timely manner
- Ensure product availability by aligning closely with Sales, Planning teams and Breweries
- Responsible for weekly portfolio review (~250 material codes) to ensure correct transition between new materials (switches) and timely innovation launches
- Together with GCC demand planning team work on IQAST implementation, to ensure historical sales trend are a basis for forecast
- Own and deliver Supply budget on material level in cooperation with Sales and FP&A

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree and previous 2 year experience in Demand planning
- Functional expertise in Demand planning or Forecasting and good understanding of Sales or Supply process
- Strong Continuous Improvement mindset
- ERP/APO system knowledge
- Strong drive and ownership
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and curiosity and willingness to learn new things every day
- Fluent in English, German or Italian is a plus.
