Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for an Operations & Fulfillment Specialist with a strong focus on production activities to join our Operations team in Reggio Emilia. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely fulfillment of customer orders, coordinating activities across multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency and maximum customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Actively collaborate with Customer Service and Planners to manage and resolve order-related requests in a timely and effective manner
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a consistent focus on customer satisfaction
- Track order progress and proactively manage priorities, accelerating shipments when needed to meet tight deadlines
- Support shipping operations by preparing and validating documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations
- Analyze and resolve dispatch discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to reduce recurrence and improve flow
- Ensure clear communication of order priorities and relevant updates to both Customer Service and Production teams
- Manage short lead-time orders by coordinating with operations teams and balancing customer needs with production capabilities
- Liaise with internal departments to secure timely support and information, enabling consistent delivery performance
- Monitor key fulfillment metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service levels

**Background & Skills**:

- Educational Background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 6 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a related area, gained in medium-sized, internationally-oriented companies.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, including order tracking, shipping coordination, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation, and compliance procedures.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and inventory management software to optimize order processing and ensure accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues proactively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively across international teams.
