For Whirlpool, global Company operating in the Consumer industry with HQ in Italy and leader in its market, we are looking for an
**ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE & CHANGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
He/she will work on both on organizational excellence and change management projects as well as strategic programs involving the entire region related as for instance to Future of Work, smart-working, employee experience, cultural change and wellbeing, etc.
- Masters’ degree in Management or Organizational Psychology;
- At least 4+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably from the Consulting world or multinational companies where he/she has led change management and organizational efficiency projects;
- Interest for a career in HR;
- Excellent analytics and project management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Good financial expertise and ability to read and interpret numbers and financials;
- Solution-focused approach, ability to think independently and challenge traditional solutions;
- Good facilitating, execution and teamwork skills and providing guidance to project teams;
- Fluent English is mandatory;
- Italian knowledge is NOT a mandatory requirement, as we are open to international applicants too.
**Location**:
Milano, with 2 days a week of smart-working
