Are you passionate about driving impactful advertising campaigns across various channels? The Urban Gym Group is seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising initiatives, collaborating closely with our marketing team to maximize ROI. Being analytical and results-driven are pre’s.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and run paid ads on different platforms like search engines and display networks.
- Manage ad budgets to get the best return on investment.
- Study ad performance using tools and give reports on important data like click rates, conversion rates, and CPA.
- Use tools to target specific groups of people and adjust targeting based on how ads are doing.
- Test different ad elements to see what works best and improve performance.
- Keep up with industry trends and updates to make sure ads are effective.
- Work with the marketing team to create good ads and a solid paid media campaign.
- Give regular updates to stakeholders.
**You**:
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership to build out your channel.
- Have a analytical and data-driven approach to analyze channel & campaign impact on both short
- (conversion) & long-term (brand building) metrics.
- Are Fluent in English with Dutch as a native language
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics, or a related field.
- Have a Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Proficient understanding of Google Ads (Search & Display).
- Are familiar with Google Analytics.
- Experience within a paid media agency will be advantageous.
- Are eligible to work in The Netherlands.
