Il nostro cliente è un'azienda multinazionale nel settore automotive in forte crescita, che ha saputo in pochi anni affermarsi per dinamismo ed innovazione in un business maturo.

Per supportare il team europeo di Field Engineering stiamo ricercando una figura di taglio ingegneristico che possa diventare il punto di riferimento per attività tecnico-operative.

**Posizione**:
A riporto del Field Engineering Manager, la figura ricercata dovrà supportare il team internazionale di Field Engineering occupandosi di:

- seguire i trial di prodotto (on field e in laboratorio) e lo scouting di nuove tecnologie;
- interfacciarsi con i team Sales & Marketing per condividere informazioni tecniche di prodotto (datasheet, market requests....);
- aggiornare costantemente il materiale tecnico ad uso interno ed esterno proponendo attivamente miglioramenti e sviluppi;
- dopo un periodo iniziale di formazione, diventare il punto di riferimento per i training tecnici interni ed esterni all'azienda.

Si tratta di un ruolo trasversale e vario per un profilo junior, che si inserirà in un contesto molto dinamico, con concrete possibilità di sviluppo e crescita.

**Requisiti**:
Stiamo ricercando una persona:

- con Laurea in Ingegneria;
- con una precedente breve esperienza lavorativa (1-3 anni);
- con curiosità ed interesse per le nuove tecnologie (AI, IoT,....);
- capace di creare buone relazioni;
- capace di comprendere il mercato ed il business di riferimento ed anticiparne i trend;
- che abbia piacere nel lavorare in un ambiente multi culturale;
- con caratteristiche spiccate di proattività ed intraprendenza;
- con una conoscenza fluente dell'inglese e, possibilmente, di una seconda lingua;
- con ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- disponibile a viaggiare e partecipare a fiere internazionali.
