BRANCH MANAGER

Il tuo ruolo

Nello specifico si dovrà occupare delle seguenti attività:

- Si occupa della gestione e del coordinamento del personale di Filiale
- Supervisiona i processi di recruiting e la gestione amministrativa del personale in somministrazione
- Definisce il forecast e i costi previsti per la Filiale
- Si adopera per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di Filiale assegnati
- Effettua la mappatura del territorio di competenza, attraverso attività di telemarketing, proattive e visite commerciali
- Stipula proposte commerciali
- Applica le azioni necessarie al fine di fidelizzare con il Cliente, per rendere il rapporto commerciale proficuo e duraturo
- Condivide e promuove la Mission dell’Azienda
- Definisce le condizioni di pagamento per i clienti e monitora il recupero crediti

Requisiti

Zona di lavoro: Torino Centro

Le condizioni contrattuali si posizionano ai massimi livelli di mercato.

Profilo ideale
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in Agenzie per il Lavoro e/o società di Ricerca e Selezione.
- Laurea in discipline umanistiche, economiche o giuridiche
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office
- Propensione alla negoziazione, Leadership, fidelizzazione con il Cliente e orientamento ai risultati
