As Tax Manager, you will report to the Group Tax Senior Director, and you will be responsible for:
- managing the tax issues of the group companies located in Italy and in other countries with the aim to ensure tax compliance and tax optimization
- managing the tax issues in reorganization projects
- monitoring the tax risks from a group perspective and implementation of the related tax measures
- managing the Tax Compliance of Italian Legal Entities and the related Tax Reporting and Tax accounting Your Tasks:
- Provide tax consultancy to other company’s departments and local CFOs on Italian or foreign tax matters on direct taxes
- Advice on ordinary and extraordinary transactions for direct tax issues
- Manage tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax audits defense
- Manage and implement tax optimization opportunities such as tax incentives or fiscal unity regimes
- Manage the direct tax issues related to finance operations and corporate reorganizations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations Good communications skills are required to keep effective and continuous information flows among the various actors and company’s department impacting on tax sensible activities. Fluency in English is mandatory.
