**Junior Buyer**

With micro teams dedicated to luxury, contemporary, beauty and interior design, the Buying team selects products to be included in the catalog continuously updating the selection based on the latest trends and managing relations with suppliers

As a **Junior **Buyer** for LuisaViaRoma, you will support the Buyer throughout the buying process and, over time, manage several brands independently. You will also manage the Buyer’s schedule during market appointments, shootings and runway shows.
Other job duties entail checking if supplier orders meet original order requirements, curating brand images on the LVR website (including biographies, visuals and web merchandising), keeping track of deliveries and stock levels to action stock swaps and re-orders, coordinating with suppliers to make sure that orders are delivered on time and within budget.
You will also provide analytical support by producing sales reports to monitor performance and maximize sales, carry out market research to introduce new brands in support to the Buyer’s decision-making process, and manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms under the Buyer’s supervision. At LVR, junior Buyers coordinate with the Marketing Team on special projects and activations, and coordinate with other departments (e.g. Administration, CS and Personal Shoppers) to share information on suppliers and orders, keep track of particular product or capsule launches, compile trend reports and buying recaps at the end of the buying campaign.
You will also be required to oversee the workflow of other Assistant Buyers and refer any issues to the Buyer.
- Requiremen_ts:_
- Full proficiency in Italian and English (French or other language is a plus)
- Excel and office package proficiency is mandatory
- 2 years of experience as assistant buyer or at least in fashion industry
- Degree in business, economics, or related field
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- 4-6 months/year travel availability
