In order to strengthen our Digital Transformation team, we are looking to hire a **Digital Transformation Racing Program & Demand Owner**, based in Maranello (Italy).
- The main responsibilities will be:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Engineering and Supply Chain areas to effectively gather, analyze, and structure digital demands
- Develop a deep understanding of existing processes in these areas, identifying and promoting continuous improvement opportunities through digital solutions
- Define and maintain the digital initiatives portfolio, collaborating with business and IT teams to prioritize and plan activities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality standards
- Monitor project progress using appropriate tools, producing clear reports, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Identify and manage project risks, proactively proposing corrective actions when needed
- Ensure that digital initiatives align with the overall company strategy and the specific goals of the business areas

**Required Profile**
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and you will have gained at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Demand Manager, ideally within digital transformation projects

To manage the activities, is mandatory to have:

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to adapt them to the automotive sector;
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of processes and products, particularly in the Engineering and Supply Chain domains;
- Solid understanding of the main digital solutions used in these areas, such as CAD, PLM, MES, and other relevant tools.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile certifications)
- Experience working in racing environments or motorsport teams

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
