Per gruppo industriale in forte crescita caratterizzato da logiche di MULTIBRAND e MULTISITE con forte vocazione internazionale facente parte di un GRUPPO INDUSTRIALE MONDIALE LEADER NEL PROPRIO SETTORE, ricerchiamo: **HEAD OF CONTROLLING - GRUPPO INDUSTRIALE - UDINE** **DETTAGLI DELL’ **OFFERTA** DI LAVORO**: Il gruppo con siti produttivi sia in Italia che all’estero, e con strutture commerciali diversificate per BRAND e per REGION ha la necessità di implementare il sistema di controllo di gestione sia a sfondo FINANZARIO che INDUSTRIALE. L’inserimento della risorsa ha infatti lo scopo di implementare la PROFONDITA’ del REPORTING e di analizzare le PERFOMANCES della struttura per MERCATI, STABILIMENTI, PROCESSI. Tra i principali obiettivi che la persona dovrà affrontare è dar avvio alle logiche di FAST CLOSING su base Mensile integrando i dati provenienti dalle diverse aziende del gruppo. Necessaria ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. **COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’**: - Gestione delle attività di chiusure mensili, trimestrali ed annuali - Reporting periodico verso AD, CDA, MANAGER DI FUNZIONE - Analisi di tutti i KPI del gruppo e relativi waterfall delle Società - Preparazione di presentazioni report package mensili ed annuali dei risultati - Partecipazione attiva nelle attività di M&A e Investimenti Straordinari con relativi progetti di Business Planning - Business planning short & long term in eventuale supporto ai manager di linea: on going business e progetti speciali - Supervisione della contabilità Industriale: Ricavi, Costi, Cash flow, costo del venduto, marginalità relative per MARCHI/PLANT/GEOGRAFIE/CANALI - Produzione ed analisi dei report delle operation e dell’area commerciale sia a livello di Gruppo che a livello di BU - Supporto alla linea di Management nell’impatto economico e finanziario relative a scelte organizzative - Validazione della marginalità dei prodotti e BU con condivisione del PV e dei relativi costi - Individuazione ed Analisi delle varianze tra preventivo, consuntivo e standard - Produzione periodica dei vari REPORTING PACKAGE condivisi con la Direzione. **REQUISITI FONDAMENTALI**: - Esperienza di almeno 5-10 anni nel ruolo; - Esperienza specifica nella funzione di CDG di aziende industriali, multiplant e multimarchio; - Disponibilità e competenze all’analisi dei dati anche in prima persona; - Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese; - Eccellenti doti organizzative; - Leadership nella gestione dei rapporti con i propri colleghi e con la Direzione Aziendale; - Project management per l’implementazione di un sistema di CDG, REPORTING evoluto; - Disponibilità a viaggi e trasferte presso gli stabilimenti europei. **COSA OFFRIAMO**:Contratto a tempo indeterminato, Quadro e RAL orientativa 80/90 K, MBO, AUTO AZIENDALE, EVENTUALE PACCHETTO RELOCATION se supportato con stabile trasferimento. **SEDE DI LAVORO** UDINE SUD **“Invia CV"
