**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Listed in order of relevance:_
- Provide fundamental technical support in various areas of Human Resources for completion of specific projects.
- Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide data collection, input and data management for Human Resource projects and compliance requirements.
- Provide support in the recruitment activities (posting of job announcement, CVs screening, scheduling interviews, etc.) under the direction of the HR Business Partner.
- Supports HR team with training and employee development opportunities; assist in the partnership with various departments and with Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs, delivery, and scheduling.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts and maintain sensitive and confidential information regarding company information.
- Effectively communicate with management and staff, operations and maintenance inside the company; contractors, government staff/regulators and customers outside the company.
- Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Undergraduate student in Human Resource Management, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Good academic standing in Junior year of University or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in office or corporate environment is a plus.
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Designer is a plus.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Ability to analyze and recognize patterns in data, information or events to draw logical conclusions and make recommendations for actions.
- Ability to efficiently use all Microsoft Office products.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to understand and relate to employees both face to face and through technology.
- Strong attitude to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English required.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Travel is not required.
