**Responsibilities**:
- Take ownership of Process Engineering responsibilities previously managed by the Operations Director in PU.- Address the increased workload and project complexity driven by the growing need for automation and strategic plan volume expansions.- Oversee the distribution of roles between the plant and Global Manufacturing Team (GMT), especially with regards to project lead responsibilities moving to the plant.- Manage increased workload demands resulting from growing volumes, necessitating 24/7 coverage across three shifts.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective maintenance protocols and address the challenges posed by new and sophisticated equipment.- Prioritize and lead activities related to New Product Launch and Serial Life management.- Provide essential support for product development, particularly in the prototype phase where processes are not available in the prototype shop.- Ensure smooth launches for complex new products, drawing on recent experiences such as spiderMaxx.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.- Proven experience in technical management roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.- Technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods including flow, layout, assembly and production equipment.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and streamline processes.- In-depth knowledge of process engineering, maintenance, and new product launch methodologies.- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders- Excellent level of English (C1)
