Per il potenziamento della nostra struttura, siamo alla ricerca di un **Supplier Quality Team Coordinator**, il quale diverrà il punto di riferimento per i fornitori esterni e internamente per la Commodity HIC Blocchi.
**Responsibilities**:
Le responsabilità per questa posizione includono, ma non sono limitate a, quanto segue:
- Controllo della Commodity Blocchi;
- Gestione della taratura della strumentazione;
- Gestione delle non-conformità;
- Monitoraggio della corretta redazione della reportistica legata ai KPI dell’Incoming Inspection;
- Proporre soluzioni di miglioramento e azioni correttive da delinearsi come Best Practices.
**Background & Skills**:
- Formazione accademica di natura técnica;
- Esperienza di minimo 5 anni nell’ambito dei controllo della Commodity Blocchi.
- Conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico e delle tolleranze geometriche;
- Conoscenza dei processi produttivi (ad esempio tornitura, trattamento termico, fresatura, saldatura ecc.);
- Conoscenza base di metallografia applicata ai trattamenti termici;
- Conoscenza delle metodiche di controllo in accettazione e gestione delle non conformità;
- Conoscenza documentale PPAP e 8D;
- Esperienza nella programmazione macchina 3D DEA basata su software PCDIMIS;
- Esperienza pregressa nell’uso degli strumenti di misura (calibro, micrometro, alesametro, proiettore di profili, rotondimetro, rugosimetro), con relativa taratura;
- Conoscenza delle norme iso9001 e iatf;
- Esperienza pregressa nell’uso di SAP;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
