Per ampliamento del Team Operations di Milano, località in cui gestiamo più di 400 immobili, cerchiamo una persona proattiva, organizzata e con voglia di imparare da inserire come **Junior Property Operations Assistant** in stage extracurriculare. La figura affiancherà il team Operations nelle attività quotidiane di gestione degli ospiti e coordinamento servizi.

**Di cosa ti occuperai?**
- Assistenza agli ospiti via chat (portali OTA o chat WhatsApp) dal momento del check-in al check-out (ingressi self-guidati);
- Supporto nella gestione delle richieste e problematiche durante il soggiorno;
- Coordinamento con le imprese di pulizia per organizzare i servizi post check-out e pulizie straordinarie;
- Supporto nella pianificazione di piccoli interventi di manutenzione;
- Monitoraggio delle prenotazioni per garantire la qualità del servizio offerto.

**Chi cerchiamo?**
- Laurea triennale o magistrale (preferibilmente in Turismo, Management, Lingue o simili);
- Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese (livello B2 minimo);
- Precisione, flessibilità e spirito di iniziativa;
- Interesse per il settore extra-alberghiero e dell’ospitalità.
