**MISSION**

Maserati is looking for a Facility Specialist to join our Real Estate Team. You will support the Real Estate Manager in driving all ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance activities of our offices to meet Company deadlines and objectives.

We're offering an agency contract (staff leasing) for this position.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Conducts routine, periodic, and special inspections to determine the repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent failure and malfunction of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Test, inspect, and troubleshoot facilities or equipment issues.
- Use drawing and work specifications to ensure accuracy and conformance to metrics and/or work orders, to include validation of work performed by contract personnel.
- Interact with customers, external suppliers, vendors, and other team members to support various facility initiatives, work requests, or other duties as assigned in a professional and team-oriented manner.
- Prioritization and activation of external providers and verification of the quality of interventions and performed services.
- Coordinate multiple projects (such as moving, repairs & maintenance) effectively and on schedule.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree in Civil Engineering or at least 2 or more years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English (B1 level-minimum)
- Excellent knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD. Full proficiency with the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus.
- Interest in sustainability and environment.
- Capable of operating within a fast-paced organization, being accurate and a good team player, being proactive and reliable.
