Para liderar nuestras tiendas de Portugal (principalmente) y de España, buscamos un/a nuevo/a Director/a Regional, cuya responsabilidad principal será la animación comercial y la supervisión de 7/8 tiendas portuguesas y españolas.
**Ésta será tu misión**: gestión de las cifras de negocio (indicadores comerciales, ventas...); conocer y acompañar a los equipos de las tiendas; seleccionar a los managers que formen parte de las tiendas que gestiones y a todo el equipo en las nuevas aperturas de tiendas (con el acompañamiento del equipo de selección); proponer mejoras para maximizar resultados; coordinar la comunicación entre tiendas y departamentos internos ubicados en España y en la central de Nantes;

Eres de terreno 100% y te gusta trabajar de cara al público, tienes compromiso y eres profesional en la gestión de las prioridades.
Cuentas con amplia experiência gestionando tiendas, conoces muy bien el mercado portugués y el español. Hablas perfectamente ambos idiomas.
Eres entusiasta y humilde y sabes cómo compaginar la amabilidad con la seriedad y la exigencia.
Y no menos importante, no cuentas los kilómetros recorridos, porque sabes que es parte de tu trabajo.
Es imprescindible tener experiência en la gestión de varias tiendas, con alto conocimiento de indicadores comerciales, nível alto de portugués y español. Valorable positivamente hablar francés también. Posibilidad de residir en Portugal o España.
