Per solida realtà multinazionale leader nel settore dei motori elettrici, sto selezionando 1 Production Supervior.

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Responsabile di Produzione, si occuperà di:

- supervisionare e coordinare l'attività di produzione nel reparto assemblaggio e collaudo, formato da 30 risorse;
- Gestione delle direttive che arrivano dal Direttore di Produzione;
- Essere il punto di riferimento per i blue collars per qualsiasi problematica (eventualmente anche supportarli sporadicamente sull'inserimento dati su Zucchetti)
- Diploma
- Esperienza pregressa nel suolo di Production Supervisor / Manufacturing Manager in realtà produttive (esperienza in contesti elettronici rappresenterà un plus);
- Ottima capacità interpersonali, leadership e problem solving completano il profilo
