All’interno dello Store IKEA Genova la funzione FOOD si divide in quattro reparti: Ristorante, Bistrot, Bar e Bottega svedese, pensate per garantire al cliente una shopping experience completa e soddisfacente.

Il Food coworker avrà la possibilità di esplorare queste aree arricchendosi di nuove competenze tutte all’insegna del mondo Food.
- Hai un titolo di studio di istruzione secondaria superiore o sei un laureato/laureando.
- Hai una forte passione per il mondo della ristorazione e del Food ed ambizioni di crescita in un ambiente stimolante e multinazionale e con una forte cultura verso i valori Ikea.
- Hai spiccate capacità gestionali,spiccata attitudine a lavorare in gruppo e trovi nelle persone la chiave per il successo del business condiviso.
- Sei una persona curiosa e hai voglia di scoprire ogni parte della ristorazione, anche quella operativa/commerciale legata al mondo del Retail.

**Le tue responsabilità**

'- Imparerai a conoscere e lavorare all’interno di differenti aree della ristorazione (bar caffetteria, ristorante e mensa interna, Bistrot street-food e Bottega Svedese) ampliando le tue skills e le competenze operative.
- Scoprirai come si inserisce il mondo della ristorazione all’interno di un’azienda operante nel Retail.
- Applicherai tutte le procedure di sicurezza alimentare comprendendo l’impatto che possono avere sul cliente e l’operatività quotidiana.
- Contribuirai ad applicare la strategia commerciale e trovare soluzioni per rispondere ai customer feedbacks.
- Rimarrai sempre aggiornato, attraverso corsi di formazione interna, sulle certificazioni relative agli alimenti utilizzati (HACCP, ASC / MSC, Attrezzature, IKEA Safety).
- Conoscerai e migliorerai le varie aree di lavoro, operative e gestionali.
- Ti verrà assegnato un progetto che dovrai portare avanti durante il periodo di stage

Sede: Genova

Offerta: tirocinio dalla durata di 6 mesi, full time. Previsto rimborso spese mensile, mensa interna gratuita. Al termine del percorso formativo sarà valutato un eventuale inserimento diretto in azienda.
