This is a unique opportunity for a talented Finance Professional to play a pivotal role in a leading European Insurtech. We now serve almost 3 million clients in Italy and recently launched our International expansion, with fully operational offices in London, Milan, Rome and Madrid. Our continued focus on cutting-edge tech and analytics coupled with superb user experience attracted a € 100 million investment from Goldman Sachs and Blackstone in 2018. **Role** Specifically, you will work on the following areas: - Risk mapping and quantification, considering the business profile of Prima (e.g. technical, financial, strategic); - Scenario and stress testing; - Reporting flows towards the top management, the Risk and Controls Committee, and the Board of Directors; - Support to monitoring the technical performance of our operating countries; - Support the assessment of business decisions based on quantitative analyses and risk implications; **Requirements**: - Excellent academic background in financial modelling, risk management or statistics - Good communication skills (with passion for simplifying complex concepts without inaccuracies) - Positive mind-set, ownership mentality and a pragmatic "can do” attitude; - Content-driven, analytical mindset, with ability to get deep in the details as well as grasping the bigger picture and the business dynamics quickly; - Advanced knowledge of excel modelling and powerpoint In addition to the basic requirements, we will carefully evaluate these characteristics: - Some relevant experience in similar positions, preferably with experience in insurance or consulting; - Passion in simplifying processes, with plenty of ideas for introducing simple monitoring dashboards - Coding working knowledge is a plus; - A genuine interest in learning more about the insurtech world; - Passion for a diverse, international, fast-paced working environment **Benefits** We will give you all you need to express your talent and work at your best: - Informal workplace; - Latest generation devices and tools; - Welfare and company benefits; - Team building events; We will evaluate salary and contract terms during the interview, in order to ensure you an offer adequate to your experience and to your competence.
