Our client is **Champion Europe Group**, a leading company in the sportswear, footwear, and accessories sector with a developed retail organization across the EMEA region.
- **Location: Carpi (MO)**

**Role**:

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for the development of the visual merchandising plan for the Game7Athletics multibrand stores (**Champion Europe Group)**, aligned with the Brand’s marketing and commercial strategy, promoting the product and delivering a high standard of display for all the store clusters. The Visual Merchandiser will provide excellent and creative support to ensure the Brand's high quality and proper execution.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage the window installation plan for all the stores according to the Brand’s focus and to the planned launch calendar of the main Brands in assortment;
- Manage the visual presentation of the brand's merchandise by delivering exceptional and customer-centric standards both inside the store and in the windows;
- Support in defining dedicated window projects for Champion collection launches with a creative approach;
- Define consistent indoor merchandising best practices across all store locations;
- Development and management of the in-store communication and POPs for Champion and other Brand according to the marketing plan;
- Monitoring of key KPI's related to marketing and visual merchandising activities;
- Planning and management of in-store marketing campaigns: sales, black Friday, midseason sale etc.;
- Daily contact with stores to support many activities such as: checking fittings, window feedback, checking and monitoring merchandise arrivals etc.;
- Assist Store Managers in training the store team on visual execution and display standards;
- HQ Showroom seasonal setting-up;
- Assist in organising marketing events at the specified location;
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitors' visual merchandising and styling techniques to ensure our displays are up to date and innovative.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing or related discipline;
- 5+ years of experience;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Advanced Office Knowledge, in particular Excel and Power Point;
- Knowledge of graphic tools is considered as a plus;
- Presentation and training skills;
- KPI’s Retail Knowledge;
- Available for frequent business travel;
- Strong teamworking;
- Creativity and positive attitude with high energy;
- Knowledge of social network.
