I Founders Associates supportano i CEO, i Founders e i colleghi più Senior nelle attività ad alta priorità strategica, come sbloccare nuove leve di crescita, guidare l'allineamento sulla strategia e costruire nuovi processi/standard internamente ed esternamente. Questa internship è un’occasione unica per calarsi nei panni di un CEO: sarai fortemente coinvolto nelle sfide chiave per Elty e ti verrà chiesto di supportare progetti ad alto valore aggiunto.

Il ruolo di Founders Associate è estremamente versatile, offrendoti l'opportunità di svolgere una vasta gamma di attività in collaborazione con diversi team aziendali.

Nello specifico svolgerai le seguenti attività:

- Pubblicazione della newsletter interna settimanale, strumento chiave per mantenere tutti i team aggiornati sui progressi e fornire una visione chiara sulle priorità
- Gestione del blog aziendale dove condividiamo notizie, successi e storie inspiring
- Ricerca e utilizzo di tool AI per ottimizzare i processi interni e individuare futuri miglioramenti strategici
- Predisposizione della documentazione di Ricerca&Sviluppo insieme al team dedicato
- Supporto alle attività di business intelligence e market analysis

- Spirito imprenditoriale e alta integrità, una persona open to failure che agisce in autonomia con una forte etica lavorativa
- Pensiero analitico e critico: come FA svolgerai molte ricerche e analisi che sottintendono grandi capacità decisionali basate sui dati
- Technology enthusiast con un growth mindset e spiccata proattività
- Italiano madrelingua, inglese fluente
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel
- Esperienza in una startup è un plus
- Esperienza in ambito sanitario è un plus
